Theatre 68 Arts Festival is a brand-new celebration of the Arts, creativity, and community — right in the heart of the North Hollywood Arts District. From theatre and comedy to screenings, dance, and immersive art, this festival invites artists of all kinds to showcase their work. Come join us for our inaugural year!

Interested in producing your show or showcasing your art in the Theatre 68 Arts Festival? We’re now accepting submissions from artists across all disciplines — including theatre, stand-up, improv, dance, film, spoken word, drag, burlesque, visual art, and more!
You’ll have the opportunity to present your work at one of our three flexible performance venues within the Theatre 68 Arts Complex, or feature visual art installations in our lobby spaces.
Whether you’re looking to stage a full production, premiere a short piece, screen a film, or exhibit your artwork, we provide the space, structure, and support to bring your vision to life.
Festival Registration
All artists participating in the festival must register. Registration does not include venue rental. See below for space options and costs.
Early Bird Registration: $149 (through May 5)
Standard Registration: $199 (after May 5)
Your registration fee includes:
A custom ticketing page for your show or event
Inclusion in our festival-wide marketing campaigns (email, social, on-site)
Festival support and artist coordination
Website listing for your production or art installation
Access to pre-festival planning materials and checklists
Invite to the opening night gala
Discounted Registration fee for Visual Art Installations and Artisan/Marketplace art taking place on the indoor/outdoor lobbies.
Venues & Spaces Available
We offer flexible, affordable spaces for all kinds of work — from traditional plays and stand-up to immersive events and visual art displays.
Theatre Rentals
All theatres are rented in 2-hour blocks. Time must include load-in, performance, and strike.
The Rosalie Theatre
70 seats, 20 ft wide by 15 ft deep, Raised Stage, 2 actor entrances
$150/hr for performances
All theatrical equipment included in your rental, rep lighting plot, 4 channel snake, 1 mic/stand, projector/screen, and large dressing room.
The Emerson Theatre
50 seats, 22 ft wide by 14 ft deep, 2 actor entrances
$125/hr for performances
All theatrical equipment included in your rental, rep lighting plot, 1 mic/stand, projector/screen, and large dressing room.
The Beckett Theatre
49 seats, 20 ft wide by 9 ft deep, 1 actor entrances
$100/hr for performances
All theatrical equipment included in your rental, rep lighting plot, 1 mic/stand, and small dressing room.
Additional Costs:
Technical Person: $35/hr, will program lights, sound, projections
Tech Time in the Theatre: Tech time equal to your chosen slot time is included in your rental, any additional time is $35/hr
Front of House Fee: $35/ per performance. This will cover the box office provided for each performance.
Insurance: $225 one time fee. All shows are required to have insurance. If you provide your own there is no cost.
Visual Art & Alternative Performance Spaces
We also offer lobby spaces for non-traditional performances, installations, and visual art displays:
Gallery 68 - Indoor Lobby Space:
Ideal for photography or visual art installations.
Available in full day slots, install in the morning/strike in the evening for $150/day.
Room for about 7+ visual arts installations, flat display.
Weekday Gallery Slots will get a dedicated “Gallery Debut Hour” — a featured time block for inviting guests to personally connecting with attendees. While Weekend Gallery Slots will get increased foot traffic with more performances
Patio 68 - Outdoor Lobby (Courtyard):
Ideal for Artisan & Craft Vendors. There will be 4 spaces
Each vendor will be provided with space for a 4 ft or 6 ft folding table (you may bring your own), and limited power access is available upon request.
Vendor slots are scheduled in 3–4 hour blocks, based on the festival’s performance schedule. This is a great opportunity to share your handmade goods, art, or small-batch products with engaged audiences in a lively, open-air setting.
Note: there is no seating for guests in this space. We have the seating capacity listed so that we are able to track rsvps for people looking to come see you vedor date/times.
